Yes. Classic membership is free forever, with no card required. It includes a full profile, daily match suggestions, limited messages, free ID verification and community badges. You can upgrade to VIP or VIP+ at any time if you want unlimited messaging and extra features.
VIP starts from £9.99/month when billed annually (£119.88, no auto-renewal), with weekly, monthly, quarterly and six-monthly options also available. VIP+ starts from £17.34/month when billed annually (£208.05, no auto-renewal). Full pricing for every billing period is on our Pricing page.
Yes, VIP and VIP+ subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. The annual plans are a single payment that doesn't automatically renew or rebill.
You can verify your identity with optional government ID verification (shown as a visible badge on your profile) or a live video check with a moderator, without sharing sensitive documents publicly. We also use AI age estimation with additional checks where required, to help prevent underage access.
Yes. Your real name and email are never shown publicly, and your profile shows only your nearest town or city, never your exact address or live location. You can instantly block any user and report content directly from within the platform. See our full Trust & Safety page for details.
Every profile can carry ID or video verification badges, and our AI and human moderation team screen images, videos and text as they're uploaded. Members also build a reputation through a rating system and badges like Verified, Chatterbox, Heartthrob and Most Popular, based on real behaviour and feedback from other members.
Our system detects common attempts to move conversations to external apps like WhatsApp and warns you, since this is a tactic sometimes used in scams. Combined with 24/7 human support and behaviour monitoring, this helps keep interactions on a platform where reporting and blocking tools are available.

Members join as a man, a woman, or another gender, and can choose to be shown men, women, or both. Membership is open to anyone 18 or over who shares an interest in cycling and meeting other cyclists.
